Take over from an agent, then hand back

Every agent works in a tab you can open. Its cursor and the line it's working on show at the top of the tab.

1. 1Open the agent's tab and press Take over. The agent stops where it is.
2. 2Do the step yourself: change a field, pick a different seat, sign in.
3. 3Press Hand back. The agent reads the page again and carries on, keeping what you changed.

Good to know: While you have the wheel, the other agents on the task keep working. Only the tab you took is paused.
