Set what agents may do on their own

Rules live in Settings → Rules and apply to every task. Each one can be Do it, Ask or Never.

1. 1Pay up to a limit: small deposits and fees under the amount you set are paid without asking.
2. 2Sign in with saved passwords: agents use your keychain, with Touch ID or Windows Hello.
3. 3Send messages and emails: replies to sellers and booking forms that send email.
4. 4Share your address: shipping and delivery forms.

Good to know: Anything over your payment limit always asks, whatever the rules say. You can't turn that off.
