Privacy policy
Your memory, passwords and replays stay on your computer, and a site only gets what the task needs. Here is exactly what we collect, and why.
App Privacy
As shown on the App Store
Data Used to Track You
None. Fleet doesn't track you across apps or websites.
Data Linked to You
- Contact info (email, for your account)
- Purchases (to restore Pro)
Data Not Linked to You
- Diagnostics (crash reports)
- Usage data (which screens are opened)
- User content (task text and page text, deleted after each step)
The short version
Fleet is a browser whose agents visit websites, fill in forms and sign in for you, so it sees a lot. We built it so that what it learns about you stays on your computer, and what a site gets is only what the task needs. We don't sell data, show ads, take commissions to rank options or use your tasks or pages to train models.
What stays on your device
Memory, task history and replays are stored on your computer. Passwords, one-time codes and card numbers stay in your system keychain and are read only when an agent needs them for a step, with Touch ID or Windows Hello. Each agent browses in its own sandbox, and its cookies are cleared when the task ends.
How agents work
To plan a task and read the pages it visits, agents send the task text and the visible text of the current page to our model servers. Fields marked as passwords or payment details are removed first. Requests are answered and deleted after each step, and never used to train models.
When you approve a plan, or your rules let an agent act on its own, the agent gives each site the details its form requires, like names, an address or payment. That site's own privacy policy then applies.
Messages agents write for you are sent from your own accounts, and only when your rules allow it.
What we collect
Account: your email address, so you can sign in on a new computer, sync routines and get support.
Routines: on Pro and Team, routines run on our servers. We store each routine's task text and schedule, and the result of its last run. Routines never use your passwords: when a routine needs to sign in, it asks you on your computer.
Purchases: a receipt identifier from our payment provider or the Mac App Store, so Pro can be restored. We never see the card you pay us with.
Diagnostics: crash reports and anonymous counts of which screens are opened, with no page addresses, task text or names. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy.
Replays and shared links
Replays are kept on your computer for 90 days. When you share one, we upload only that replay, with passwords, codes and card numbers blurred, and delete it when you revoke the link.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the service: a hosting provider for accounts and routines, a model provider bound not to store or train on requests, an email provider for support, and a crash reporting service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We share data with authorities only when legally required and will tell you when we're allowed to.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted by writing to privacy@fleet.app. We answer within 30 days.
Children
Fleet isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
