Terms of use

Agreement

These terms are between you and Fleet Labs. By using Fleet you agree to them. If you got Fleet from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your device secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Pro and Team

Pro and Team are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, by us or through the Mac App Store. They renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Your content

Your tasks, memory and replays are yours. Fleet only needs permission to store and use them so the app works; we don't claim any rights to them.

What agents do for you

When an agent buys, books or signs up for something, with your approval or within the rules you set, the contract is between you and that seller, under its own conditions and refund policy. Fleet acts on your behalf and isn't the seller.

Agents never pay more than your limit without asking. Check each plan before you approve it, and use replays to see what was done. You're responsible for following each website's own terms when agents use it for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Fleet to break the law, to buy or book things you don't intend to keep, to scrape or overload websites, to get around paywalls or captchas, or to try to reverse engineer or overload the service.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Fleet reliable, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for mistakes on websites agents use, decisions made by sellers, indirect losses or anything beyond what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Fleet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
